The Law Office of    Sam Walker
I am a sole practicioner dedicated to providing you personalized legal service. I will personally work on every aspect of your case and will not delegate your case to a paralegal or other attorney once you retain my services. You can be confident that you will get your legal issues addressed in thier entirety from an attorney and not simply reviewed by a paralegal as you might experience at another larger firm. I am a graduate of Chapman University School of Law, Class of 2011. I passed both the California Bar Exam and the California CPA exam on my first attempt. While at Chapman University I served as the Tax Law Society President and the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity Treasurer. Additionally, I have always believed in providing free legal service to those who cannot afford representation and worked in two pro bono legal clinics provided by Chapman University. I earned a pro bono certificate for my dedication to my community through legal service at the clinics. Currently, I work for Orange County as an unpaid volunteer assisting clients who have serious legal situations that cannot afford an attorney. My experience as an attorney and CPA working as a volunteer and for both the Internal Revenue Service and State of California Taxing agency provides me with a wide range of experience.

While in practice as a private attorney I have been involved in multimillion dollar Estate Planning concerns including family businesses and family trusts where there were pending lawsuits by some of the family members against other family members for missappropriations of funds. These matters get tricky and you should have someone who knows both the law and how the numbers work. Additionally, I have experience working with high net worth individuals and business.

If you have an elderly parent or other family member who you believe needs estate planning or to placed under a conservatorship or guardianship please give me a call. I cannot stress enough the importance of having an attorney and CPA assist you when you are dealing with an estate with more than a million dollars. If you are a conservator or guardian I can help you comply with the law and give you peace of mind that you have a dedicated attorney representing you. If you are a family member who is not a conservator or guardian and believe that there has been ulawful activity of a conservator or guardian please call me immediately.

Additionally, I represent parties in domestic violence and divorce proceedings. These types of hearings often involve the related issues of child support, child custody, alimony and or tax and estate planning issues. If you have a special needs child please contact me for assistance.

I also draft wills and trusts to transfer your assets at the time of your passing or at a later date if you so desire. There are many options available to you. You should consult with an attorney if you have an estate of greater than 500,000 to worry about.

Finally, I have assisted many executor's with the probate process. If you are an executor you need an attorney and the fees are paid by the estate and are not your liability.

In my free time I enjoy the outdoors, going to church, and volunteering in my community. Feel free to send me any information on hiking trails or exciting outdoor locations in the area.
